ALLIANCE DOCTRINE 1

Operational Integrity and Leadership Authority

Alliance of Law Abiding Motorcycle Clubs
Founded 2013
Trust. Respect. Mission.

Purpose of This Doctrine

This document records the operational principles that have guided the Alliance of Law Abiding Motorcycle Clubs since its founding in 2013.

It exists to provide clarity on how leadership decisions are made, how organizational integrity is maintained, and how the Alliance continues to operate as a stable and neutral cooperative network.

These are not new policies. They reflect how the Alliance has always operated.

Quiet Leadership Preserves Stability

From its founding, the Alliance has operated under a simple principle: Situations handled early and quietly at the leadership level rarely become larger organizational conflicts.

The Alliance was not designed to react publicly to every situation. Instead, leadership focuses on awareness, judgment, and timely action when necessary.

When situations arise that could affect the Alliance’s mission or reputation, the approach has always been:

  • Evaluate the situation

  • Act at the appropriate level

  • Resolve the issue without unnecessary escalation

  • Preserve the neutrality of the Alliance

  • This discipline has allowed the Alliance to remain stable for more than a decade.

Founder Leadership

The Alliance was designed as a cooperative network of independent motorcycle clubs, not as a traditional governing hierarchy.

Within that structure, the founder maintains operational leadership responsibility for matters affecting the Alliance’s public presence, associations, and reputation.

This model allows decisions to be made clearly and efficiently when needed.

The role of founder leadership is not to control the organization, but to maintain stability and protect the mission of the Alliance.

Advisory Board Function

The Advisory Board provides perspective, experience, and connection to the broader motorcycle community.

Board members contribute valuable insight based on their experience and relationships.

However, the board functions in an advisory capacity rather than as the operational authority of the organization.

This distinction allows the Alliance to benefit from experienced voices while maintaining clear leadership when decisions are required.

Institutional Continuity

The Alliance’s stability has not been accidental. It is the result of consistent leadership practices applied since 2013.

As the organization grows, it is important that these principles remain clearly understood.

The Alliance was built to endure through steady leadership, not to react to every situation.

Trust. Respect. Mission.
