Purpose of This Doctrine

​

This document defines the Alliance’s commitment to neutrality and cooperation between motorcycle clubs.

It exists to clarify the role of the Alliance and to ensure that its purpose remains consistent as the organization grows.

 

The Role of the Alliance

​

The Alliance exists to support communication and cooperation between independent motorcycle clubs.

It is not a governing authority, enforcement body, or political organization.

​

Each club maintains its own leadership, traditions, and identity. The Alliance respects that independence.

​

Neutrality as Policy

​

The Alliance has always maintained a neutral position between clubs.

​

This neutrality is a deliberate operational principle that allows the organization to serve a wide range of clubs without becoming involved in conflicts.

​

The Alliance does not:

• Take sides in disputes between clubs

• Publicly denounce organizations

• Act as an authority in conflicts
   

When disagreements arise, those matters remain between the clubs involved.

​

Cooperation Without Control

​

The Alliance encourages communication and cooperation between clubs where appropriate.

​

This may include shared events, support for community efforts, and open dialogue between leadership.

However, cooperation does not require uniformity.

​

Each club remains independent while choosing to participate in the Alliance network.

​

Protecting the Mission

​

Neutrality protects the Alliance’s ability to remain trusted.

​

When an organization takes sides, it becomes part of the conflict.

​

By remaining neutral, the Alliance preserves its role as a communication network and maintains stability across diverse clubs and regions.

Institutional Continuity

​

Since 2013, the Alliance has remained consistent in its purpose.

​

It was created to strengthen communication and relationships between law abiding motorcycle clubs.

​

That purpose remains unchanged.
