ALLIANCE STATEMENT ON VIOLENCE

Updated: 5 days ago

The Alliance Advisory Board and Regional Emissaries wishes to make the following statement regarding incidents of violence among motorcycle clubs.

The Alliance recognizes the right of all law abiding clubs to exist and operate peacefully within the recognized “Rule of Law”.

Any person who, on behalf of any motorcycle organization, incites or initiates violence against any other person, due to their motorcycle club affiliation, membership, or identification, should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The Alliance recognizes the right of ALL citizens to protect and defend themselves against unlawful aggression by anyone within the parameters of established law.

The Alliance acknowledges that the vast majority of motorcycle clubs and organizations are law abiding and have no desire for conflict with anyone.

We further acknowledge that the vast majority of law abiding clubs are socially responsible and put forth great effort to contribute to charitable causes and perform beneficial works within their communities.

All Alliance member clubs are bound by a code of conduct that reflects these qualities and pledge to act in the spirit of co-operation and unity to promote the law abiding motorcycle club culture.
