In August of 2013, the Alliance was formally established during an international phone conference attended by representatives from multiple First Responder motorcycle clubs. The official meeting minutes from that founding conference are attached below for full transparency.
The meeting was called to order on Saturday, August 10, 2013. During that meeting:
• The official name “International First Responders Alliance of Clubs” was adopted
• The shortened name “The Alliance” was approved
• The framework for the official patch was discussed and voted on
• Regional structure and rally coordination were established
• Future conference parameters were set
These minutes document the origin, structure, and intent of the Alliance. They show clearly who was present at inception and who was not.
As the only remaining active founding member listed in the original minutes, I believe transparency is important. The Alliance was created with a clear purpose: unity among First Responder clubs, preservation of identity, and structured distribution of the Alliance patch as outlined in the bylaws.
The Alliance was intentionally structured as a non profit organization with no dues and no application fees. It was never created as a revenue stream. It was created to serve and protect the integrity of First Responder MCs.
For those seeking clarity regarding the origins of the Alliance, the full founding document is available below.
